Dear all,

16th December is one of the greatest, if not THE greatest day of my life when I touched the sky with pride and success. Wading through oceans of blood and tears we were able to gift our next generations a country of their own.

Since I launched my Anti-Jamat Bangla website JamatePislami.com in May 2003 it has been widely discussed in our national dailies. The articles and documents given were widely taken, but an important feedback was almost uni vocal from our intellectual force. Though a slap on the face of “Islamic” killers, many of our progressive force did not like the name JamatePislami for many reasons. Also, the name was misleading because it shows an assault on only Jamat while my struggle is against the institution of political Islam in different forms carrying the same venom deceiving the world in Islam’s name. After careful thought I have decided to change then name to a far more positive one. And, what can be a better day to launch it than on 16th December. Please visit and propagate the new site Banglarislam.com and send your feedback to me and the Webmaster in his address potheekaami@gmail.com.

We have no way out but to uproot this evil in Islam’s name. Lest we forget that Human Rights do not have to pass the test of scriptures; it is scriptures that have to pass the litmus test of Human Rights. Human Rights are not negotiable even in god’s name. Sharia is an utter failure in this regard. It is our cultural war against a deadly evil in Islam’s disguise, let us get done with it.
